Before participating

  1. Reserve your place

Every class must be booked in advance.

  2. Choose the appropriate level

Select an option suited to your experience; a private introduction is strongly recommended before a first Reformer experience.

  3. Share any important information

Tell the instructor about any injury, pregnancy, limitation, medical condition, or professional recommendation that may affect participation.

  4. Arrive 5 minutes early

Arriving more than ten minutes late may result in being refused entry to the class.

Prenatal and Postnatal Note

For Prenatal Pilates classes, follow your healthcare professional’s guidance and share it with the instructor. Small babies are welcome during Postnatal Pilates classes; bring any personal items your baby may need.
